Kavi Nagar Hamdard Staff Quarter, with an area of 7,600 sq. ft., is a lavish staff quarters for high-ranking employees of Hamdard. It has been designed to resemble a premium hotel. UCPL has completed the entire work, including civil structure, MEP, and interior work, along with the supply and installation of premium furniture. The total project cost was 10 crore.
